That the Board of County Commissioners be requested to <br /> examine the question of whether the county should assume <br /> responsibility for overseeing all application of sludge in <br /> Orange County. <br /> 2. That the county be encouraged to enter into discussion <br /> with neighboring jurisdictions to develop a regional <br /> composting system. <br /> 3. That the county attorney be requested to clarify whether <br /> OWASA' s Agricultural Nutrients Recycling program constitutes <br /> a bona fide farm operation. <br />
