C. , <br /> E. � BOARD OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> HORMwN WALEM <br /> navy wa mmT <br /> MAY 6, 1987 <br /> There are numerous road improvement needs in Orange County. <br /> The County Is one of the fastest growing counties and the impacts <br /> of this growth are resulting in severe deficiencies in our road <br /> network. <br /> To address these deficiencies, Orange County requests that <br /> specific projects be included in the Transportation Improvement <br /> Program.
