This staff deals with high <br /> volume, short term welkin services, such as information, discount cards, case <br /> management, volunteer inquiries or coordinating services at various community <br /> facilities. The present location lacks the basic criteria of (1) acceptabilitl <br /> (2) visibility and (3) accessibility necessary to serve all older persons in <br /> southern Orange County. However, the Dept. on Aging's senior center opera <br /> tions which involves daily group activities for a limited population such as <br /> nutrition, arts and crafts, classes and specilized individual services should <br /> remain and be expanded at the northside facility. <br /> property. the Dent. on Aoincz staff stronalv recommend its administrativq <br /> offices remain with the senior center opgratiQns as in Hillsborough.
