A summary <br /> of the project and associated change orders are included in <br /> the attached report. <br /> There is need to modify two sections of the space report <br /> presented to the Board by CHR and Associates in January, <br /> 1987. The architect is requesting approval for changes in <br /> the floor plan on the third floor of the New Courthouse and <br /> also for approval of space allocated to Purchasing and <br /> Central Services in the original plan to be reassigned to <br /> the Child Support office. Information, as detailed in the <br /> attached report, makes it no longer economically feasible to <br /> move the Purchasing and Central Services function. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: To approve an amendment to the adopted plan to: <br /> 1. ) permit Child Support to occupy the Agriculture <br /> Building, and <br /> 2 . ) the third floor of the Courthouse to be constructed <br /> as recommended by CHR. <br />
