We will be <br /> conducting surveys of employers to see if additional program <br /> options are available to us in the county. <br /> I would also like to call your attention to a matter <br /> that is somewhat disturbing. It seems there is a rumor <br /> being passed around that the JTPA Program does not serve the handicapped. The handicapped is one of the <br /> groups and the rate of program' s target <br /> report to participation is noted in our program <br /> you. The rate of participation at the end of the <br /> last Quarter was 10. 2 percent. <br /> I hope this information is beneficial to you as you <br /> discuss the JTPA Program with your Board.
