PD-1-87 FLOWERS MOBILE HOME PARK <br /> A Planned Development-Mobile Home Park (PD-MHP) has <br /> been proposed on property located on the west side of <br /> Mt. Hermon Church Road (SR 1812) just south of I-85 . <br /> The property that would be rezoned is a portion of <br /> parcel 33A on Eno Township tax map 26 . The property <br /> that would be rezoned would be a 25 .0 acre addition to <br /> the existing Flowers Mobile Home Park . The present <br /> zoning of the property is Rural Residential (R-1) with <br /> Major Transportation Corridor (MTC) zoning. The p ro- <br /> posed PD-MAP would be developed in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the R-1 and MTC zoning districts and <br /> according to the requirements of PD-MHP and the "Class <br /> A" Special Use Permit that would be required for the <br /> project. <br /> MIME COUNTY mum DANCE <br /> The proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance under <br /> consideration are as follows: <br /> 1. Amend Article 2 .3 .3 .4 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ADMINIS- <br /> TRATION by changing public notification procedures <br /> for variances and "Class B" Special Use Permits. <br /> The current requirement that property being con- <br /> sidered for a variance or Special Use Permit be <br /> posted at least 15 days prior to the Board of <br /> Adjustment meeting would be changed to at least 10 <br /> days prior to the Board meeting. <br /> 2. Amend Article 5 .1.1 SCHEDULE FOR RESIDENTIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENTS by adding Planned Development-Mobile <br /> Home Parks as allowable uses in zoning districts R- <br /> 5. R-8. and R-13 (Medium and High Intensity Resi- <br /> dential) . Article 5 .1.1 would also be amended by <br /> adding Required Minimum Recreation Space Ratios for <br /> Planned Development-Mobile Home Parks in zoning <br /> districts RB. AR, R-1, R-2, R-3. and R-4 (Rural, <br /> Suburban, and Low Intensity Residential) . <br /> =ME S_UBD VIs pJ RECUATIQgs <br /> The proposed amendments to the Subdivision Regulations <br /> under consideration are as follows: <br /> 1. Amend Section III-B-3 STAFF REVIEW OF SKETCH PLANS <br /> by placing a one (1) year time limit on the vali- <br /> dity of Planning Staff Sketch Plan review comments <br /> and by clarifying language regarding the signifi- <br /> cance of the Staff comments. <br />
