Article 20- <br /> Sections 20 .5 and 20 .6 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and Section VIII of the Orange County Subdivision Regula- <br /> tions, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be <br /> held in the Superior Courtroom of the Orange County Court- <br /> house (New) , 106 East Margaret Lane. Hillsborough. North <br /> Carolina, on Tuesday. May 26 , 1987, at 7 : 30 p.m. for the <br /> purpose of giving all interested citizens an opportunity to <br /> speak for or against the adoption of proposed amendments to <br /> the Land Use Plan, Zoning Atlas, Zoning Ordinance, and <br /> Subdivision Regulations. <br /> MANCE COUNTY LAND USE PLAN <br /> Amend the ORANGE COUNTY LAND USE PLAN, SECTION 3 .7 - LITTLE <br /> RIVER TOWNSHIP, to address changing land use and population <br /> patterns in the township. This plan amendment is in response <br /> to a five (5) year update schedule specified at the time of <br /> plan adoption in 1981. <br /> MAME SQL ZONING ATLAS <br /> The proposed amendments to the Zoning Atlas under <br /> consideration are as follows: <br /> 1. Z-2-87 WILDWOOD SECTION IV <br /> The property in question is located on the west <br /> side of NC 86 west of the existing portions of Wildwood <br /> subdivision in Hillsborough Township. The property that <br /> would be rezoned is a portion of parcels 4 and 26 on <br /> Hillsborough Township tax map 45 . The property that <br /> would be rezoned consists of 28.80 acres. The current <br /> zoning of the property is Rural Residential (R-l) . The <br /> proposed zoning is Medium Intensity Residential (R-4) . <br />
