Jacobs asked <br /> that Collins request such information . On the Gatemoore <br /> project, Szymik responded that he had received a revised <br /> preliminary plan and it is being sent to appropriate <br /> agencies for their review . <br /> Jacobs informed the Board that the capacity use study for <br /> the Eno is to be completed this summer. <br /> AGENDA ITEM 17 : SUBDIVISION APPLICATION <br /> a. Deer Crossing <br /> (Preliminary Plat - Bingham Township) <br /> Presentation by Greg Szymik. <br /> Action on this Plan was deferred from the March 16, 1987 <br /> meeting in order to resolve a question regarding the <br /> required drainage easement width. <br /> Since the March 16 meeting, the Preliminary Plan has been <br /> revised to address the concerns of the Planning Staff <br /> from that meeting. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary <br /> Plan subject to the acreage for each lot, including and <br /> excluding the rights-of-way, being shown on the plat. <br /> MOTION: Kramer moved approval as recommended by Planning Staff. <br /> Seconded by Hubbard. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> AGENDA ITEM 08: REPORT <br /> a. Hattie Mae Williams Property <br /> Board member Brenda Swann expressed concern and a desire <br /> to help settle a dispute over landlocked property for <br /> Mrs. Williams. <br /> Ms. Swann expressed concern and confusion that so many <br /> residents seem to have access to properties beyond that <br /> of Mrs. Williams and yet Mrs. Williams is not able to use <br /> that same road. She indicated she felt Mrs. Williams is <br /> a victim of unfair and unjust treatment. <br />
