Six lots are <br /> proposed averaging 1.98 acres in size. The property is <br /> zoned Agricultural-Residential. The Land Use Plan designa- <br /> tion is identical. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on the <br /> application. <br /> At its April 7 , 1987 meeting. the Planning Board recommended <br /> approval of the Preliminary Plan subject to the acreage for <br /> each lot, including and excluding the rights-of-way, being <br /> shown on the Plan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the Preliminary Plan as recommended by the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> There is no time limit with regard to Board of Commissioner <br /> action following receipt of the Planning Board recommen- <br /> dation. <br />
