Particular emphasis will <br /> be placed on those areas adjacent to previous year Community Development target areas <br /> as well as those target areas that have not been previously treated. The HILP will <br /> also be targeted to Northern Orange County areas which are not being adequately <br /> served presently by Housing/Community Development Programs. <br /> Marketing: <br /> Describe specifically how and to whom you plan to market the HILP. <br /> Marketing will be done by the existing Housing/C autinity Development staff through <br /> the use of the media, information sessions, distribution of program literature and <br /> referrals to the program by other non-profit social service organizations. Special <br /> efforts will be made to reach the female head - of - household population and <br /> Northern Orange County residents. <br /> Existing Rehabilitation Program: <br /> Describe your current rehabilitation program.
