We are very pleased, therefore, to <br /> submit a proposal for architectural services relating <br /> to the planning, design and preparation of constuction <br /> documents for the planned improvements. Outlined <br /> below is a description of the general scope of our <br /> services and a summary of the anticipated <br /> construction. <br /> SCOPE OF ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES: <br /> Existing Conditions Survey: <br /> Field measurements of the existing structure <br /> and preparation of drawings in proper detail <br /> required to document the proposed improvements <br /> and to obtain permits and construction bids. <br /> Examination of existing plumbing, heating <br /> and electrical sytems plus recommendations for <br /> needed upgrading shall be submitted and <br /> incorporated in the plans. <br /> Property Survey and building location on the <br /> property shall be furnished by the County. <br /> Code Review/ Facilities Planning: <br /> Examination of applicable Health and Safety <br /> Codes and coordination with County Agencies <br /> involved in administration of the facility in <br /> order to make the building suitable for pro- <br /> posed uses. Attention will be given to make <br /> the proposed facilities accessible and usable <br /> by disabled people. <br /> Cost Control: <br /> Cost estimates for major apsects of the <br /> proposed improvements shall be established at <br /> each stage of design and compared with overall <br /> budget, and presented for County's approval. <br />
