Mc DAL DAiD1 DIDAL121 042 <br /> Complaint: Premature notice was frustrating; will suffer <br /> loss of business if change is effected; wants to <br /> keep rural route system. <br /> Action : Apologized for premature notification; stressed <br /> importance of house numbering; related Postmaster 's <br /> comments regarding one year or more grace period <br /> within which address could be effected, allowing <br /> stationery and business forms to be converted ; <br /> indicated that permanent address would benefit <br /> customers more in the future because of permanency <br /> of address. <br /> 5 . 1 'am2. 11111tt <br /> Complaint: Expressed concern about more than one NC <br /> Highway 86; as a resident of Old NC 86, he feels <br /> the road name should be changed to Old <br /> Hillsborough Road . <br /> Action : Apologized for premature notification; indicated <br /> that Old NC 86 was a public road and any name change <br /> would require a separate public hearing (G.S. 153A- <br /> 240 ) . <br /> 6.
