SUPERVISION <br /> Continuous supervision is provided to the following types of inmates as required <br /> by G.S. 153A-224, Section .1500 of the North Carolina Minimum Standards for the <br /> Operation of Local Confinement Facilities: <br /> 1. Adult Males <br /> 2. Adult Females Imust be supervised only by female jailers <br /> 3. Juvenile Males (must be supervised only by male Jailers <br /> 4. Juvenile Females (must be supervised only by female Jailers <br /> B. MEDICAL CARE <br /> The unit has a written medical plan properly posted which functions effectively <br /> as required by G.S. 153A-225 and Section .1800 of the North Carolina Minimum <br /> Standards for the Operation of Local Confinement Facilities. <br /> C. SANITATION <br /> The sanitation of the unit is maintained in accordance with rules and regulations <br /> adopted under G.S. 153A-226 to effectively protect the health of inmates and <br /> public. <br /> D. FOOD SERVICE <br /> The diet is adequate as required by Section .1700 of the North Carolina Minimum <br /> Standards for the Operation of Local Confinement Facilities. <br />
