They include: <br /> 1. Wall patching where brackets were removed. <br /> 2. Safety-type razors for shaving to be discarded after use. <br /> 3. Notice that overcorwding in cells may occur. <br /> 4. Lavatory valves to be checked for sticking. <br /> Action= isbeing taken on items one, two and four. Item three is <br /> to be the subject of an architectural appraisal April 30 and May 1. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Accept report. <br />
