There is not enough staff time <br /> available to attend and take minutes for all of these meetings. Additional funds <br /> are needed to hire temporary personnel to assist in taking and transcribing the. <br /> minutes until the first of July. At that time, the Clerk's office will provide <br /> this support with its present staff. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION: That the Board authorize a budget amendment for $1 ,600. Contingency <br /> has a balance of approximately $40,000. <br />
