• <br /> 3. Be responsible for such enforcement as required to insure the <br /> 014 <br /> conservation, development and wise use of land, water, and related <br /> resources within the County. Development will be done in accordance <br /> with approved conservation plans and adopted standards and specifications. <br /> IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD:. <br /> 1 . Either party, as mutually agreed upon, will provide or arrange for <br /> such additional services, facilities, equipment, materials, and <br /> arrangements as may be required to achieve common objectives. <br /> 2. Personnel and facilities of the County, the Service, and the District <br /> shall be under the jurisdiction of their respective employers; each <br /> retaining the right to establish headquarters for its personnel at <br /> such places as it deems most appropriate. <br /> 3. Funds supplied the District by the County will be transferred to the <br /> to the treasurer of the District to be expended under direction of <br /> the District. <br /> 4. Personnel and facilities supplied with County funds shall be under <br /> the administrative jurisdiction of the County and technically <br /> • responsible to the District Conservationist of the Service. <br /> 5. Neither the County, the District, nor the Service be bound by any <br /> obligation in this Memorandum or any Supplement thereto, or other <br /> appropriate arrangements which will involve the expenditure of funds <br /> in excess of that authorized by law. <br /> 6. Any Supplemental Memorandum of Understanding or other appropriate <br /> arrangements now in effect between the District and the Service <br /> shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 7. This Memorandum of Understanding will be effective when signed by <br /> the three parties involved. It may be modified or terminated at <br /> any time by mutual consent of the parties hereto or may be terminiated <br />
