WHAT THE SERVICE WILL DO: <br /> 013 <br /> I. Make available through the District, such personnel as available <br /> to assist the County in helping to bring about the conservation, <br /> development, and wise use of land, water and related resources. <br /> 2. Provide assistance to the District and County in accordance with <br /> priorities set by the District for the kinds and amounts of work <br /> to be performed. <br /> 3. Assist the County in accordance with an annual plan of operation. <br /> prepared by the Service in consultation with the District and the <br /> County. <br /> 4. Be responsible for technical supervision of all assistance provided <br /> the District and the County. • <br /> 5. Assist the District and the County in establishing and maintaining <br /> standards and specifications for conservation use and treatment of <br /> land. <br /> 6. Assist the District and County in preparing and implementing <br /> resource conservation plans within the limits outlined above. <br /> WHAT THE COUNTY WILL DO: <br /> • <br /> 1. Develop procedures for the orderly and progressive handling of <br /> request for services to be provided by the District. It shall <br /> be the responsibility of the County to inform recipients of <br /> services provided by the District of these procedures. <br /> 2. Furnish the District annually, an estimate of the number of <br /> requests for services it will submit to the District in the <br /> coming year. The County will submit its estimate to the District <br /> 30 days before a budget estimate is needed by the County. <br />
