There is attached the Memorandum <br /> of Understanding. This Memorandum of Understanding is exactly the same <br /> as the one signed in 1981. There is no fixed term on this document and <br /> either party may modify or cancel upon sixty day written notice. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve and authorize Chair to sign. <br />
