The ' <br /> facility contains 4,239 sq. ft. of space. The current facility is less <br /> than adequate and does not possess sufficient space to provide the <br /> desired level of service. <br /> After much analysis of alternatives among staff, it was agreed upon that <br /> there were three options to be considered: <br /> 1) Expansion <br /> Construct an addition that would be attached to the existing <br /> facility. After consultation with a local contractor, it was <br /> determined that the expansion of the existing facility would <br /> not be feasible because of current site layout. Expansion <br /> would cause a portion of the existing facility to become <br /> nonfunctional; secondly, the cost for expansion would be more <br /> than new construction because of the design problem of adding <br />
