In that no recreation and park open space sites have been <br /> designated on the Land Use Plan for the subject property, I would . <br /> recommend that the Board accept payment-in-lieu of dedication of land for <br /> public recreation. This payment, it would appear, should be assessed to <br /> any and all lots previously created through the minor subdivision <br /> process, as well. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to offer these staff comments.
