1 <br /> 041 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> CONTRACT <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> This contract, made and entered into this day <br /> of <br /> e..) <br /> , 1987 by and between Marilyn Efland Liner and <br /> /4 <br /> her husband W. David Liner of Orange County, North Carolina, <br /> hereinafter "Liner" and Orange County, North Carolina, a body <br /> politic and corporate with its offices located in Orange <br /> County, North Carolina, hereinafter "County; " <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> Liner has previously or will contemporaneously with <br /> the execution of this contract convey to County an easement, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference (hereinafter called "Easement") . The purpose of <br /> this contract is to set forth the terms and conditions upon <br /> which Liner has conveyed the easement to County. The <br /> conditions are as follows: <br /> 1. County shall pay to Liner for the Easement the <br /> sum of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800) and by this agreement <br /> authorizes Liner to "tap-on" to the gravity portion of the <br /> sewer line which will cross the property of Liner which is <br /> described in the Easement. This right to "tap-on" to the <br /> gravity portion of the sewer line crossing the property of <br /> Liner is limited to one such "tap-on." Liner shall not be <br /> required to pay any availability or other connection fee <br /> imposed by either Orange County or the Town of Hillsborough. <br /> In the latter regard, County agrees to pay any such fee <br /> 1 <br />
