BAKER <br /> DIRECTOR <br /> Ms. Aleta Mills <br /> North Carolina Office of Budget and Management <br /> 116 West Jones Street <br /> Raleigh, North Carolina 27611 <br /> Dear Aleta: <br /> Enclosed is a copy of a resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April 6, <br /> 1987 regarding the use of Senate Bill 2 water funds for the Lake Orange Project. <br /> The amount of Senate Bill 2 funds identified in this resolution is $20,000. <br /> Previously, a copy of the project ordinance for the Lake Orange project adopted on <br /> July 23, 1986 was submitted to you as evidence of the County's intent to use <br /> Senate Bill 2 water funds for this project. The project ordinance adopted called <br /> for $45,000 in Senate Bill 2 funds. However, due to recent developments, the <br /> Board has reduced the scope of this project. Therefore, the amount of Senate Bill 2 <br /> water funds needed for this project has been reduced from the original $45,000 <br /> indicated in the project ordinance to the $20,000 indicated in the enclosed resolution. <br /> Thank you for your assistance in helping the County reserve these funds for the <br /> various water and sewer projects that we have indentified. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Gordon R.
