Joint Planning Authority <br /> Text of the bill is in the process of being drafted by the <br /> attorneys of the town and county. <br /> 2. An Act To Require the Disclosure of Interestlln Property_and <br /> Businesses by Orange County Commissioners. <br /> Bill attached. <br /> For the Finance Committee - deadline: as soon as possible. <br /> 3. Impact Fee Authorization <br /> Already authorized for submission <br /> 4. Real Estate Transfer Tax <br /> Text of the bill is attached together with narrative description <br /> on your alternative methods for distributing the tax proceeds <br /> with the municipalities. Estimates are included to illustrate <br /> what the tax would have yielded to the municipalities and the <br /> county under the four methods based on 1985-86 data. The preferred <br /> method will be incorporated as a second paragraph to section <br /> O ae-there is Board decision. <br />
