Conrad, Director, NRCD pertaining to the proposed flashboards <br /> at Lake Orange. Mr. Conrad's letter constitutes the approval by the Division <br /> of Land Resources of the one-foot flashboard addition at Lake Orange. Apart <br /> from the notification and supervision requirements noted in Mr. Conrad's <br /> letter, there are no further regulatory requirements which must be met prior <br /> to the erection of the one-foot flashboards. Accordingly, you may proceed <br /> with the construction process at your discretion. <br /> Please be aware that a separate request for approval must be made to the <br /> Division if and when the County elects to increase the flashboards above the <br /> one-foot height shown on the plans. The Division was notified in our March 6, <br /> 1987 request for approval and also on the plans that the flashboard supports <br /> have been designed to provide for a further one-foot addition at a later <br /> date. The present approval , however, does not cover the second one-foot <br /> addition. <br /> We would be happy to assist you in the bid solicitation process in any <br /> way you deem appropriate.
