Analysis and quantification of progress made relative to each performance goal <br /> established and each reduction technique to be implemented. <br /> c. Amendments to waste minimization plan and explanation. <br /> d. Explanation and documentation of reduction efforts completed or in progress before <br /> development of the waste minimization plan. <br /> e.
