The Permittee shall not store a container of hazardous waste that is incompatible with any <br /> waste or material stored nearby in other containers,piles, open tanks or surface <br /> impoundments unless the container is separated from the other materials by a dike, berm, <br /> wall, or other device. <br /> I. Closure <br /> The Permittee shall follow the closure plan as described in Part I of the Application and shall <br /> comply with 40 CFR 264.178 as adopted in 15A NCAC 13A .0109. <br /> J. Special Condition. The Permittee shall keep an inventory of F027 waste and documentation of <br /> attempts to find commercial disposal facilities. An annual report of this inventory will be <br /> submitted to the Department during the fourth quarter of each calendar year. <br /> III-3 <br />
