Quiet Acres Drive <br /> leads to Sawmill Road West ( SR 1545 ) . Two (2) lots will be <br /> created out of 10 .49 acres. The average lot size will be 4.9 <br /> acres. A "Class C" private road (Lush Life Lane) will <br /> provide access to one lot. The Land Use Plan designates <br /> this area as Rural Residential . <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and approved the <br /> proposal , and the Planning Board recommends approval . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Preliminary Plat. <br />
