C. 27278 <br /> Dear Eddie: <br /> On December 4 the Hillsborough Planning Board reviewed the subdivision <br /> for Dathene Terrace and expressed the following concerns: <br /> 1. Board feels that the area located in front of the sewer easement <br /> has recently been filled. They ask that a compaction test be <br /> done to determine this. (County does not require compaction tests <br /> except as associated with issuance of building permit/see Erosion Control <br /> 2. Feels there is a drainage problem since this is a very low area comment) <br /> and stated that there is a drainage ditch that runs the length <br /> of the area. (See also Erosion Control comment) <br /> 3. Board is concerned if anything will be built on or cross over the <br /> sewer easement and stated that this is not allowed. <br /> (Building within designated/proposed easement area is prohibited) <br /> The Board also reviewed a subdivision for Robert Leon Snipes for property <br /> located at Nash and Corbin Streets. Members made a motion to table this <br /> review until they have more time to study this proposal. The material was <br /> not sent with their agendas and was presented at the meeting.
