One item staff is asking applicants to <br /> provide with the preliminary plan is a sketch plan of <br /> the overall tract and how the particular development <br /> relates to the entire tract. <br /> Discussion followed about a map showing subdivisions. <br /> Collins indicated such a map could be prepared but <br /> would take considerable time. <br /> MOTION: Best moved approval with staff conditions. Seconded <br /> by Kramer. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Chair Jacobs noted that he felt that courtesy review <br /> comments from other jurisdictions should be uniform on <br /> the abstracts in order to be discussed in the same <br /> order for each application. <br />
