J and J Properties <br /> (Preliminary Plat - Eno Township) <br /> Presentation by Greg Szymik. <br /> The proposal is to divide one 5.5 acre lot out of a <br /> 17.5 acre tract. It is located on an existing "Class <br /> B" private road off Pleasant Green Road (SR 1567) in <br /> Eno Township. The property is zoned R-1 and located <br /> in a Rural Residential area as designated on the Land <br /> Use Plan. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and approved the <br /> application. <br /> -The Planning Staff recommends approval of the Pre- <br /> liminary Plan with the following conditions: <br /> 1) Indicate tax map, block and lot number on the plan. <br /> 2) Indicate the control corner. <br /> 3) Indicate the acreage of the lot so as to include <br /> the area within the right-of-way. <br /> Best asked if this subdivision is in a watershed. <br /> Szymik responded it is not in a protected watershed. <br /> Pilkey asked to see the location on the aerial photo. <br /> Szymik indicated the location on the map.
