Agency Appointments and Alternates <br /> An appointed Agency alternate may represent the agency and <br /> shall have full voting privleges. <br /> ARTICLE IV - REGULAR MEETINGS <br /> 1. Dates and Location <br /> Regular meetings of the Orange County Human Services Trannpor- <br /> tation Board will be conducted on the (2nd) Tuesday of each month. <br /> All meetings will be conducted with a maximum time limit of two (2) hours <br /> Location of meetings will be rotated between a northern and southern <br /> Orange County location as established by the Board. <br /> 2. Quorum <br /> A majority of the Board then in office shall constitute a quorum <br /> for the transaction of business for any meeting of the Board. <br /> 3. Voting <br /> Each member of the Transportation Board shall have one vote . In <br /> the absence of an agency appointed member, the official agency alternate <br /> registered with the Chairperson of the Transportation Board, may exercise <br /> that vote. <br /> ARTICLE V - OFFICERS <br /> 1. Number and Title <br /> The officers of the Transportation Board shall be chairperson, <br /> vice chairperson and secretary. <br /> 2 . Election <br /> The chairperson, vice chairperson and secretary shall be elected <br /> by the board for a term of one year at its first meeting in the County <br /> fiscal year and shall serve until a successor shall be duly elected and <br /> qualified. <br />
