O:i6 <br /> METEOD OF PAYMENT <br /> Upon receipt of an invoice for services rendered, the County will issue <br /> payment according to the Fee Schedule. Invoices shall be submitted at the <br /> thirty percent (30%), sixty percent (6C%), and ninety percent (90%) and the <br /> one hundred (100%) benchmarks only. Services and/or products rendered at <br /> each benchmark must be accepted by Orange County before payment can be issued. <br /> Invoice must detail by date, the hours rendered per category of provider (i.e. <br /> Planner, Senior Planner, etc.) and per service/product provided within each <br /> component of the Plan. <br /> TERM OF AGREEMENT <br /> This agreement shall be effective March 24, 1987. All work, and the Plan, shall <br /> be complete on or before April 7, 1988. <br /> Approved this 24th day of March, 1987 by the Orange County Board of County <br /> Commissioners. <br /> Shirl E.
