Orange County agrees to pay Woolpert Consultants according to the <br /> fee schedule below and as provided in the METHOD OF PAYMENT section of this <br /> agreement; provided, however, the entire contract price shall not exceed <br /> $11,500.00. <br /> 7 <br />
