031 <br /> D. Recreation and Parks Department will be responsible for final copying of <br /> the completed Plan. <br /> Planning Department <br /> A. (Optional) If so desired by the Recreation and Parks Department, the <br /> Planning Department will prepare a camera-ready written and graphic <br /> summary describing the planning process, proposals and recommendations, <br /> and implementation program for the Plan. This summary will be <br /> intended for public distribution and educational promotional activities <br /> within the community. <br /> B. Planning Department will be responsible for preparing any necessary <br /> graphics, maps, plates, etc., to help support the text of Component Five. <br /> C. Planning Department will participate in both the Project Team and Master <br /> Plan Advisory Group work-in-progress meetings. <br /> In addition, the County agrees to provide the following materials to Woolpert <br /> Consultants: <br /> a. Study entitled "Outdoor Recreation Development - Orange County, N.C. <br /> (1971) <br /> b. Study entitled "A Plan for Recreation and Parks - Orange County, <br /> N. C. (1974) <br /> c. Orange County Land Use Plan <br /> d. Orange County Subdivision Regulations, outlining requirements for <br /> dedication (or payment-in-lieu) of open space for public recreation. <br /> e. An inventory of areas of historical, cultural, and archeological <br /> significance. <br /> 6 <br />
