029 <br /> D. Woolpert Consultants will be responsible for formating, typing, and <br /> quality control of Component Three. <br /> E. Woolpert Consultants will organize and lead a second work-in-progress <br /> meeting with the Master Plan Advisory Group. The purpose of this meeting <br /> will be to review the completed work of Components One, Two, and Three. <br /> Copies of a preliminary draft of Components One, Two and Three of the <br /> Plan will be provided to each group member for review. <br /> Recreation and Parks Department <br /> A. Recreation and Parks Department will be responsible for conducting public <br /> information/input meetings in each township of Orange County to identify <br /> recreational needs of the community not being met. Woolpert Consultants <br /> will provide guidance on what information is needed and how the <br /> meetings should be conducted. <br /> B. Recreation and Parks Department will prepare a written evaluation <br /> using the standards developed in Component Two of existing recreation <br /> and park programs based on information obtained through the public input <br /> meetings and a comparison with recreation standards prepared by Woolpert <br /> Consultants. This comparison task will be led by Woolpert Consultants. <br /> C. Recreation and Parks Department will participate in both the Project Team <br /> and Master Plan Advisory Group work-in-progress meetings. <br /> D. (Optional) If so desired by the Recreation and Parks Department, the <br /> department may conduct a random community survey of perceptions <br /> and attitudes of existing recreation facilities and services in Orange <br /> County. The exact survey technique and sampling methodology will be <br /> determined by the Project Team.- <br /> • <br /> PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> A. Planning Department will be responsible for preparing any necessary <br /> graphics, maps, plates, etc., to help support the text of Component <br /> Three of the Plan. <br /> B. Planning Department will participate in both the Project Team and Master <br /> Plan Advisory Group work-in-progress meetings. <br /> COMPONENT FOUR/PLAN PROPOSALS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Woolpert Consultants <br /> A. Woolpert Consultants will organize and participate in a fourth <br /> work-in-progress meeting with the Project Team to discuss the Plan <br /> proposals and recommendations. <br /> B. Woolpert Consultants will formulate the proposals and recommendations. <br /> Emphasis will be placed on current needs, projected <br /> needs, methods of financing, administration and staffing requirements, <br /> and proposed operating budget. Proposals and recommendations will be <br /> formated for individual townships and the County as a whole. <br /> C. Woolpert Consultants will be responsible for formating, typing, and <br /> quality control of Component Four. <br /> 4 <br />
