" <br /> BACKGROUND: The Governor's Office and the Keep North Carolina Clean and <br /> Beautiful, Inc. organization have designated April for a <br /> statewide litter cleanup campaign. As in previous years, the <br /> County will coordinate litter cleanup efforts with the local <br /> DOT office.
