009 <br /> Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner <br /> seconded by Commissioner and carried, the order <br /> introduced and passed on first reading on February 2, 1987 <br /> entitled: "ORDER AUTHORIZING $200,000 SANITARY SEWER BONDS" was <br /> read a second time and placed upon its final passage.
