• <br /> _1\.t) <br /> It shall be Orange County policy to require that when a County- <br /> financied sewer or water extension is connected to a municipality <br /> owned and operated sewer or water system, then the municipality <br /> shall enter into an agreement with the County providing that in the <br /> event the project served is annexed by the municipality, it shall <br /> pay to the County any County share of the project not recovered <br /> by the development. <br /> SECTION VI: OVERSIZING OF UTILITIES <br /> It shall be the policy of the County to require that water and <br /> sewer utilities will be built to the standards and specifications <br /> of the municipality, private association or sewer and water authority <br /> to whose system they are connected. Water and sewer utilities ex- <br /> tended to a development under this policy shall be of such design <br /> and size to serve not only that development but also any existing <br /> or anticipated development within the area of the development . The <br /> additional capacity to be installed at the time of extension to a <br /> development shall be based on good engineering practice and shall <br /> be determined by the long-range plans of the utility system to <br /> which it is connected in conjunction with assessments of potential <br /> growth and service need in the area as determined by Orange County. <br /> SECTION VII : REVENUE BONDING <br /> If an industry intends to use revenue bonds , it should give <br /> notice to intent to apply to the Orange County Industrial Facilities <br /> and Pollution Control Authority. <br /> • <br /> -6- <br />
