Extensions to <br /> residential developments are not otherwise envisioned <br /> by this policy. <br /> SECTION II : REQUEST PROCESS <br /> COMMENT: This section sets forth who may be an applicant for funding <br /> available under this policy. It lists information required <br /> with the application which will be used in Section III. <br /> (Selection Criteria) to reach a decision on the application. <br /> It outlines additional information to be gathered by the <br /> County necessary to determine the need for oversizing of <br /> utilities. <br /> A request- for funding for water or "sewer utilities under the terms <br /> of this policy may be made by any individual , agency, corporation <br /> or any municipality within Orange County. All requests shall be <br /> made to the County Manager's Office accompanied by the following <br /> information: <br />
