The standards were adopted August 4, 1986 . <br /> Proposed revisions to Section IV-B-8 were presented at public <br /> hearing on February 23, 1987 . The revisions were prepared <br /> jointly by the Planning Board Ordinance Review Committee, a <br /> developer, a forester and a landscape architect. The proposed <br /> revisions represent changes applicable to new subdivisions. <br /> Approval of the amendments would allow more flexibility in the <br /> installation of required plant materials and would reduce <br /> installation costs. <br /> The Planning Board recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendments, subject to a text change ( Section IV-B-8-c-1 ) as <br /> recommended by the County Attorney . ( See attached changes. ) <br /> RECOMMENDATION : Approve proposed amendments per the Planning Board ' s <br /> recommendation and the wording for Section IV-B-8-c-1 as <br /> provided by the County Attorney in Attachment 1 . <br />
