The standards were adopted <br /> March 18, 1986 . <br /> Proposed revisions to Article 7 .20 were presented at public <br /> hearing on February 23, 1987 . The revisions were prepared <br /> jointly by the Planning Board Ordinance Review Subcommittee and <br /> a group of three mobile home park owner/operators. The proposed <br /> revisions apply only to new mobile home parks. <br /> Approval of the amendments would allow more flexibility in the <br /> design of mobile home parks while addressing public health and <br /> safety concerns. <br /> The Planning Board recommends approval . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve the proposed amendments. <br />
