50 <br /> The amendment would consist of the following <br /> -changes: <br /> Renumber paragraphs IV-B-10-C-a/b/c/d to IV-B- <br /> 10-C-b/c/d/e respectively . <br /> Add the new paragraph IV-B-10-C-a <br /> a. Pursue special legislation to allow Transfer of <br /> Development Rights. <br /> 9. Amend Cluster Development provisions to encourage <br /> its use. <br /> 10 . Collect additional data on : <br /> a . environmentally significant areas; <br /> b . septic system failures; <br /> c . techniques to maintain visual quality . <br />
