RURAL BUFFER IMPLEMENTATION <br /> Evaluation of Implementation Measures <br /> Our purpose in preparing the Rural Buffer Study is to <br /> evaluate measures currently being used to implement the Rural <br /> Buffer, evaluate other measures with regard to their <br /> potential application towards Rural Buffer implementation, <br /> and propose implementation measures that will both achieve <br /> the Rural Buffer and reduce the undesirable effects of <br /> current implementation measures that concern County <br /> residents. Those concerns have been described, as have both <br /> currently used and other implementation measures. The next <br /> step is to evaluate current implementation measures for <br /> potential changes and other implementation measures for use <br /> in achieving the Rural Buffer. <br /> The following chart contains all of the implementation <br /> measures presented in this study. It indicated which might <br /> be changed or added to a Rural Buffer implementation program <br /> that addresses citizen concerns.
