zed by this ordinance, institute a civil action <br /> in the name of the County for injunctive relief <br /> to restrain the violation or threatened violation <br /> or to require an act or acts necessary to comply <br /> with the ordinance. <br /> Section 7. If any provision of this ordinance is for any <br /> reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by <br /> any court of competent jurisdictions, such <br /> provision shall be deemed a separate, independent <br /> provision and such holding shall not affect the <br /> validity of any other provision hereof, and to <br /> that end, the provisions of this ordinance are <br /> hereby declared to be severable. <br /> Section 8. This ordinance shall be effective on <br /> 1987. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1987. <br />
