Now that the acqui- <br /> sition has been completed, Prime Venture wishes to trans- <br /> fer the franchises to the limited partnership, which is <br /> called Prime Cable Income Partners L.P. <br /> I have enclosed a proposed Resolution for the County <br /> approving this pro forma transfer.
