I <br /> recommend that you coordinate our efforts in that <br /> regard with Greg Fuller of the Town of Chapel Hill <br /> since the same request is being made to the Town. <br /> Ultimately this transfer of franchise ownership will be <br /> done by amendment to the franchise ordinance now held <br /> by Prime Venture I , Inc.
