There are six <br /> (6) lots proposed out of 20.44 acres. The average lot size <br /> is 3.2 acres. <br /> No zoning has been adopted in Little River Township. The <br /> Land Use Plan designation is Rural Residential. <br /> IMPACT: All applicable agencies have reviewed and approved the <br /> proposal. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve Preliminary Plan per Planning Board recommendation <br /> of 9 February 1987, subject to the following conditions: <br /> (1) Indicate the closest state road and estimated distance; <br /> and <br /> (2) Provide a notation on the plat indicating restricted <br /> development potential within the stream buffer. <br />
