B. Rhine Estate. <br /> NEED: The property is located in Eno Township on the east side of <br /> Lawrence Road (SR 1709) . There is one (1) lot proposed out <br /> of 69.18 acres. The lot size is 2.43 acres. <br /> The zoning designation is Rural Residential (R-1) . The Land <br /> Use Plan designation is Rural Residential. <br /> IMPACT: The N.C. Department of Transportation has requested that the <br /> applicant show the driveway entrance on the plat. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve Preliminary Plan per Planning Board recommendation <br /> of 9 February 1987, subject to compliance with NCDOT <br /> comment. <br />
