Erosion Control Officer <br /> SUBJECT: .Stormwater Management Plan for Spring Crest Meadows <br /> Phase III <br /> DATE: December 1. 1986 <br /> The plan for this subdivision proposes to use a detention <br /> basin to capture runoff and release it slowly; however, the <br /> subdivision does not need this structure to meet the Ordi- <br /> nance requirements. The lot sizer the limited amount of <br /> impervious surface that would be added to each lot, the <br /> buffer of vegetation that would surround this impervious <br /> surface, and the fronting of the lots on the existing road <br /> all contribute to limiting the amount of runoff and filtering <br /> and absorbing it on each lot. <br /> I recommend approval without the construction of the deten- <br /> tion basin. <br />
