There are <br /> eight (8) lots proposed out of 10.62 acres. The average lot <br /> size is 1.24 acres. <br /> No zoning has been adopted in Little River Township. The <br /> Land Use Plan designation is Agricultural-Residential. <br /> IMPACT: The N.C. Department of Transportation requests that the <br /> applicant provide the following: (1) A 10100 ' recorded <br /> sight distance at the intersection of Kim' s Drive and SR <br /> 1544; and (2) property lines stop at the right-of-way. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve Preliminary Plan per Planning Board recommendation <br /> of 9 February 1987 subject to compliance with NCDOT <br /> comments. <br /> r <br />
